C-TET
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (C-TET) is a national-level exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in India. It is designed to assess the eligibility of candidates aspiring to become teachers for Classes 1 to 8 in government schools across the country.
C-TET is divided into two papers: Paper-I for candidates who wish to teach from Classes 1 to 5, and Paper-II for those aiming to teach Classes 6 to 8. Qualifying the C-TET is a mandatory requirement for teachers in central government schools like Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) and Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVs), as well as in schools under the administrative control of Union Territories.
